NeuroLogica, the healthcare subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., develops, manufactures, and markets medical imaging technologies. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, NeuroLogica’s imaging solutions consist of ultrasound, digital radiography, and portable computed tomography (CT). NeuroLogica’s team requires dealers to submit a variety of forms regarding product installations, parts orders, and service escalations. Before Axis Web Services came onboard, there were over 15 static word documents and excel spreadsheets used by dealers. This form system caused unnecessary clutter, version control issues, and interrupted workflow.
Axis Web Services built an online web portal that allows the NeuroLogica Dealer Network to access electronic forms. This efficient form submission system has digitized their workflow by converting dozens of hard copy forms into a digital format.
As a result, the online web portal eliminated version control issues. This solution has increased efficiency and streamlined NeuroLogica’s processes. The online web portal is designed to automatically deliver notifications to the departments responsible for fulfilling each form. In addition, the ease of filling out and accessing their forms has lead NeuroLogica to expand digitized forms to additional departments within their company.
